摘　　要：新疆拜城东兴泰煤矿1103综采工作面平均倾角为45°,最大处可达50°,针对该矿煤层赋存条件和特点,设计了ZY4800/11/22大倾角液压支架。文中阐述了大倾角液压支架的定义和ZY4800/11/22大倾角液压支架的设计特点,并根据工作面总体布置要求,对该工作面首、尾架液压支架进行了优化设计,为类似煤层开采在装备配套及开采工艺上提供了有效的途径和方法。The average dip angle of the 1103 fully mechanized mining face in Dongxingtai Coal Mine,Baicheng,Xinjiang is 45°,and the maximum dip angle can reach 50°.Based on the occurrence conditions and characteristics of this coal seam,a ZY4800/11/22 large dip angle hydraulic support is designed.This paper elaborates on the definition of dip angle hydraulic support and the design characteristics of ZY4800/11/22 dip angle hydraulic support.According to the overall layout requirements of the working face,the hydraulic support for the head and tail of the working face is optimized and designed,providing an effective way and method for equipment matching and mining technology in similar coal seam mining.
