摘 要:五指毛桃药用历史悠久,早在清代便有记载.现代,五指毛桃在健脾益气、止咳、抑菌抗炎、抗氧化等药理方面的研究成果不断涌现.随着指纹图谱在中药领域的广泛应用,建立五指毛桃谱效关系,可确立五指毛桃与药效相对应且能反映其内在质量的评价模式.文章就十多年来国内有关五指毛桃化学成分、指纹图谱及药理作用的研究作一综述,为今后五指毛桃的应用提供参考.Radix fici has a long history of medicinal use,with records dating back to the Qing Dynasty.Nowadays,the research achievements of Radix fici in pharmacology,such as tonifying the spleen and qi,relieving cough,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties,and antioxidant activities,have been constantly emerging.With the widespread application of fingerprint mapping in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,establishing the spectrum-effect relationship of Radix fici can establish an evaluation model that corresponds to its medicinal effects and reflects its inherent quality.This article overviewed the domestic research on the chemical constituents,fingerprint mapping and pharmacological effects of Radix fici over the past decade,which provided reference for its future application.
