摘  要:目的:为栽培滇重楼的栽植技术以及重楼资源的保护提供理论支持。方法:以不同产地的17份栽培滇重楼(编号S1~S17)根际土壤标本为材料,通过超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)分别测定土壤标本中对羟基苯甲酸、绿原酸、香草酸、丁香酸、对香豆酸及阿魏酸6种酚酸类物质的含量并进行了相关性和聚类分析。结果:多数栽培滇重楼根际土壤标本中酚酸含量从高到低分别为对香豆酸、绿原酸、丁香酸、香草酸、对羟基苯甲酸和阿魏酸,且这6种酚酸在土壤中的含量相互之间均呈显著正相关关系。聚类分析结果显示,不同产地栽培滇重楼根际土壤中6种酚酸类物质含量可以聚为三大类。第一类为S1、S2、S4、S5、S7、S8、S9以及S13~S17,对香豆酸含量最高而绿原酸次之,酚酸类整体含量较高;第二类为S10,丁香酸和对香豆酸含量均较高,酚酸类整体含量较高;第三类为S3、S6、S11、S12,绿原酸含量最高而对香豆酸次之,酚酸类物质整体含量低。结论:不同产地滇重楼根际土壤酚酸类物质的组成含量及其变化规律具有相似性,不同酚酸类物质的含量之间普遍存在正相关关系。Objective:To provide theoretical support for the planting technology and resource protection of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.Methods:The content of six phenolic acids(p-coumaric acid,chlorogenic acid,syringic acid,vanillic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,ferulic acid)in 17 samples of cultivated P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis rhizosphere soil from different areas,were determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method.The contents of these six phenolic acids in the soil were also analyzed by correlation analysis and cluster analysis.Results:The phenolic acid content in most rhizosphere soil samples of cultivated P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis was in descending order:p-coumaric acid,chlorogenic acid,syringic acid,vanillic acid,p‑hydroxybenzoic acid,and ferulic acid.There was a significant positive correlation between the contents of these six phenolic acids.The cluster analysis showed that the content of six phenolic acids in the rhizosphere soil of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis from different areas could be grouped into three categories.Among them,first category included S1,S2,S4,S5,S7,S8,S9 and S13-S17,with the highest content of p-coumaric acid followed by the content of chlorogenic acid,and the content of each phenolic acid was also high;The second category was S10,in which the overall content of phenolic acid was relatively high,especially the contents of syringic acid and p-coumaric acid;The third category was S3,S6,S11 and S12,with the highest content of chlorogenic acid followed by p-coumaric acid,but the overall phenolic acid content was low.Conclusion:The content and variation patterns of phenolic acids in rhizosphere soil of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis from different areas were similar,and there is a general positive correlation between the contents of different phenolic acids.
