摘  要:凡口铅锌矿主产品为铅精矿、锌精矿和硫精矿,银作为有价成分进入铅精矿中参与计价。为尽可能提高铅精矿中银品位和回收率,从浮选药剂制度角度入手,通过采用新型TS药剂作为银矿物捕收剂,最终实现在铅精矿中铅品位和回收率基本保持不变的条件下,银品位从390.76 g/t提高到425.26 g/t,对应回收率从27.93%提高到31.41%的分选指标。The main products of Fankou lead-zinc mine are lead concentrate,zinc concentrate,and sulfur concentrate,with silver as a valuable component entering the lead concentrate for pricing.To maximize the silver grade and recovery rate in the lead concentrate,adjustments were made to the flotation reagent system.By using a new TS as a collector for silver minerals,the silver grade in the lead concentrate was increased from 390.76 g/t to 425.26 g/t,and the corresponding recovery rate was improved from 27.93%to 31.41%,while keeping the lead grade and recovery rate essentially unchanged.
