摘 要:以玉龙高铁铜精矿为研究对象,采用常压氧化酸浸工艺从高铁铜精矿中回收铜。小试试验结果表明,在浸出温度30℃、浸出时间3.0 h、液固比1.6∶1、硫酸铁用量5%、硫酸用量为25%,在此条件下铜浸出率为73.2%。扩大试验结果表明,高铁铜精矿中浮选药剂的残留量对铜浸出率影响较大,经预处理脱除残留浮选药剂后才能进行常压酸浸,其铜的浸出率为68.35%。Taking Yulong high-iron copper concentrate as the research object,copper was recovered from high-iron copper concentrate by atmospheric pressure oxidation acid leaching process.The results of small-scale test showed that the leaching efficiency of copper was 73.2%under the conditions of leaching temperature of 30℃,leaching time of 3.0 h,liquid-solid ratio of 1.6∶1,iron sulfate dosage of 5%and sulfuric acid dosage of 25%.The results of the enlarged test show that the residual amount of flotation reagents in the high-iron copper concentrate has a great influence on the copper leaching efficiency.In order to improve the copper leaching efficiency,it is necessary to remove the residual flotation reagents after pretreatment before atmospheric acid leaching,and the copper leaching efficiency is 68.35%.
