摘  要:目前工业化生产海绵钛主要是克劳尔法,海绵钛杂质元素Fe、O会对其布氏硬度产生较大影响,因此如何降低海绵钛中Fe、O杂质元素含量尤为重要。在超软低氧海绵钛制备过程中,详细研究了液镁、四氯化钛等原料指标对于超软低氧海绵钛产出率的影响。通过超软低氧海绵钛杂质来源分析以及液镁、四氯化钛精制工艺优化,提高了超软低氧海绵钛的产出率。At present,the industrial production of titanium sponge is mainly the Kroll method.The impurity elements Fe and O in titanium sponge will have a great influence on its Brinell hardness.Therefore,how to reduce the content of Fe and O impurity elements in titanium sponge is particularly important.In the preparation process of ultra-soft and low-oxygen sponge titanium,the effects of raw material indexes such as liquid magnesium and titanium tetrachloride on the yield of ultra-soft and low-oxygen sponge titanium were studied in detail.The yield of ultra-soft low-oxygen titanium sponge was improved by analyzing the source of impurities in ultra-soft low-oxygen titanium sponge and optimizing the refining process of liquid magnesium and titanium tetrachloride.
