摘 要:针对不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)长期处于闲置状态,造成储能资源大量浪费的问题,提出一种计及5G基站UPS调度潜力的含分布式光伏配电网储能选址定容方法。首先,建立5G基站UPS的调节特性模型;其次,利用闵可夫斯基和聚合5G基站UPS可调节域,降低基站数量对求解效率的影响;最后,建立含分布式光伏配电网储能的最优容量和最佳接入点优化模型,以改进IEEE33节点系统为算例,计算结果表明所提模型能够降低系统的储能投资和提高系统运行经济性。Uninterruptible power supply(UPS)has been idle for a long time,resulting in a significant waste of energy storage resources.Therefore,this paper proposes an energy storage location determination method including distributed photovoltaic power distribution network,which takes into account the UPS scheduling potential of 5G base stations.Firstly,the regulation characteristic model of 5G base station UPS is established,and then Minkowski and aggregated 5G base station UPS adjustable domain are used to reduce the influence of the number of base stations on the solution efficiency.Finally,the optimal capacity and optimal access point optimization model including distributed photovoltaic power distribution network energy storage is established,and the improved IEEE33-node system is taken as an example.The calculation results show that the proposed model can reduce the energy storage investment of the system and improve the operation economy of the system.
