摘　　要：目的:了解海军基层部队目前的心理服务工作现况,以及一线心理工作者对任职教育心理培训课程的具体需求,为今后建立科学系统的培训课程提供依据。方法:运用整群抽样的方法,选取海军基层某单位全部66名心理工作者进行问卷调查。结果:基层单位官兵心理健康水平、心理问题严重程度和对心理服务需求的总体得分分别为(8.91±0.17)分、(2.13±0.23)分和(4.25±0.34)分。基层心理工作者希望在培训课程中更好地提升心理咨询治疗(60.94%)、心理健康教育(51.56%)、团体心理训练(37.50%)等技能。有35.94%(23/64)的心理工作者认为工作中存在痛点问题并希望帮助指导解决。结论:现基层单位的心理健康状况整体良好,心理问题不严重,官兵对心理服务仍有一定的需求。任职教育心理培训课程应基于一线心理工作者的实际需求,进一步完善课程设置和内容。Objective:To understand the current psychological services in grassroot naval units and the specific needs for job training in psychology,providing a foundation for future development of a scientific training curriculum.Methods:A survey was conducted using cluster sampling on 66 psychological workers from a basic naval unit.Results:The overall scores for psychological health,severity of psychological issues,and demand for psychological services among officers were(8.91±0.17),(2.13±0.23),and(4.25±0.34)respectively.Psychological workers indicated a strong desire for training in counseling and therapy(60.94%),mental health education(51.56%),and group psychological training(37.50%).Additionally,35.94%(23/64)of psychological workers identified pain points in their work and expressed a need for guidance in resolving these issues.Conclusion:The psychological health in basic units is generally good with low severity of psychological issues,though there remains a demand for psychological services.Training curricula should be improved based on the practical needs of frontline psychological workers.
