摘 要:涡扇发动机尾喷流湍流脉动和红外辐射交互效应可以提升尾喷流脉动红外辐射强度,这对提升飞机红外探测效能具有重要意义。基于纳维-斯托克斯(Navier-Stokes,N-S)方程,采用大涡模拟(large eddy simulation,LES)方法数值模拟尾喷流瞬态流动特性,在流场数值模拟的基础上,采用逆向蒙特卡洛方法计算尾喷流脉动红外辐射特性,构建涡扇发动机尾喷流脉动红外辐射模型。以某型涡扇发动机排气系统为研究对象,在地面燃气发生试验台上开展尾喷流脉动红外辐射特性测试,对脉动红外辐射强度进行时间平均后校验仿真模型精度。研究结果表明:构建的尾喷流脉动红外辐射模型可以用于仿真获取涡扇发动机尾喷流脉动红外辐射强度,经测试数据校验的仿真模型误差为5.22%。The interaction effect between turbulence fluctuations and infrared radiation in the exhaust system of a turbofan engine can enhance the intensity of infrared radiation from the exhaust plume,which is significant for improving the effectiveness of infrared detection of aircraft.On the basis of the Navier-Stokes(N-S)equations,the transient flow characteristics of the exhaust plume were numerically simulated by the large eddy simulation(LES)method.On the basis of the results of flowfield numerical simulation,the inverse Monte Carlo method was employed to calculate the infrared radiation characteristics of the exhaust plume fluctuations,and a model for the infrared radiation of turbofan engine exhaust plume fluctuations was constructed.Taking the exhaust system of a certain type of turbofan engine as the subject,measurements on the infrared radiation of the exhaust plume fluctuations were conducted on a ground gas generator test bench,and the precision of the simulation model was verified by the time-averaged intensity of fluctuating infrared radiation.The results indicate that the constructed infrared radiation model of exhaust plume fluctuations can be used for simulating the infrared radiation intensity of turbofan engine exhaust plume fluctuations.The error of the simulation model verified by measurement data is 5.22%.
