摘 要:硒都黑猪是由湖北省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所联合湖北华健硒园农牧科技有限公司、湖北天之力优质猪育种有限公司,以恩施黑猪、梅山猪和湖北白猪为育种素材培育而成的新品种。其培育历经2个阶段,一是育种素材筛选和杂交探索阶段,这一阶段确定了新品种培育杂交亲本的组成;二是种质创新和选育提高阶段,组建了选育基础群,在性能测定与BLUP遗传评估的基础上开展了持续的世代选育。经过6个世代的持续选育,主要生产性能达到育种目标且遗传稳定,具有肉质优良、适应性强、耐粗饲、繁殖性能好、生长速度快等特点。在新品种的选育过程中,鉴定获得了多个与硒都黑猪繁殖、生长和肉质相关的基因和SNPs,创建了以先验信息为基础的优质猪高效育种体系,为优质猪的选育提供了新的经验和借鉴。The Xidu Black Pig is a new breed developed by the Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences,HAAS,in collaboration with Hubei Huajian Selenium Garden Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Co.,Ltd.,and Hubei Tianzhili High Quality Pig Breeding Co.,Ltd.It was cultivated by using Enshi Black Pig,Meishan Pig,and Hubei White Pig as breeding materials.Its cultivation went through 2 stages.The first stage was the screening of breeding materials and the study of hybridization,which determined the composition of hybrid patents for the cultivation of the new breed. The second stage was the germplasminnovation and breeding improvement, where a breeding base group was established and continuous generation breeding wascarried out based on performance testing and BLUP genetic evaluation, After 6 generations of continuous breeding, the mainproduction performance has reached the breeding goals and is genetically stable. It had the characteristics of excellent meat quality,strong adaptability, tolerance to rough feeding, good reproductive performance, and fast growth rate. During the breeding process, alot of genes and SNPs which correlated with the reproductive, growth and meat quality performance of Xidu black pigs wereidentified. And based on prior information, an efficient breeding system for high quality pigs was created which provided a newexperience and reference for the breeding of high-quality pigs.
