摘 要:市场缺乏能兼顾繁殖和生长性能、适宜在全国大面积推广的优良种鸽已经成为严重制约肉鸽产业化进程的瓶颈。为了解决这一问题,该文介绍了由江苏威特凯鸽业有限公司联合江苏省家禽科学研究所培育苏威1号肉鸽配套系的过程。该配套系以E系、 K系和W系为育种素材,通过传统家禽育种方法与分子育种技术相结合,自主培育而成的父母代繁殖力高和商品代生长速度快、均匀度好的三系配套系。该配套系主要生产性能为:父母代种鸽80周龄产蛋数21.0个、产合格雏鸽17.5只,23~80周龄死淘率低于5.0%;商品代28日龄乳鸽平均体重573 g,胸肌率25.2%,成活率98.2%。苏威1号肉鸽配套系于2020年12月获得国家畜禽新品种(配套系)证书。The lack of excellent breeding pigeons,which can take into account the breeding and growth performance and are suitable for large-scale promotion in the country has become a bottleneck that seriously restricts the industrialization process of meat pigeons.In order to solve this problem,Suwei I meat pigeon matching line was bred by Jiangsu Weikai Pigeon Industry Co.,Ltd.and Jiangsu Institute of Poultry Science.Using E,K and W lines as breeding materials,the three lines with high fertility of parent generation and high growth rate and good uniformity of commercial generation were independently cultivated through the combination of traditional poultry breeding methods and molecular breeding techniques.The main productive capacities of the breeding line were as follow.The number of eggs was 21.0,and the number of qualified squabs was 17.5 produced by parents at 80 weeks of age;the mortality rate of 23~80 weeks was less than 5%;the average body weight of 28-day-old commercial pigeons was 573 g;the breast muscle rate was 25.2%;and the survival rate was 98.2%.Suwei I meat pigeon matching line obtained the National Livestock and Poultry New Variety(Matching line)Certificate in December 2020.
