快干型2K高固体分低VOC工程机械实色漆的开发与研究

摘　　要：使用70%固体分的羟基丙烯酸ACR6736A为主体树脂,搭配80%固体分的羟基丙烯酸ACR6851A,制得了一款快干型2K高固体分低VOC工程机械实色漆,并对其性能进行研究。实验结果表明,该色漆在非常快干的基础上,仍然能保持较低的VOC排放和较长的活化期。在施工黏度22 s(25℃,涂-4杯)时,该面漆的VOC排放为404 g/L,可满足工程机械面漆的VOC排放国标限值(≤420 g/L)。此外,该色漆环保高效,不含有机锡催化剂。而且,漆膜综合性能优异,具有很快的干燥和硬度增长速度,较好的外观、抗流挂性、贮存稳定性和耐候性。A kind of fast-drying 2K high solid basecoat with low VOC emission for ACE(agricultural&construction&equipment)is prepared by using ACR6736A(solid cotent 70%)hydroxyl acrylic resin as main resin combined with ACR6851A(solid content 80%)hydroxyl acrylic resin.The film properties are investigated and the experimental result shows that it still can maintain low VOC emission and long pot-life even if the coating is cured fastly.The VOC content of the coating is 404 g/L at a viscosity of 22 s(25℃,Tu-4 cup),which can satisfy the national standard limit(≤420 g/L)of ACE coating.Besides,it is an eco-friendly and high effective coating which contains no organic tin catalyst.Furthermore,it exhibits excellent comprehensive performance,such as fast-drying rate and hardness development,good appearance,anti-sagging,stability and weather resistance properties.
