改良排尿日记联合行为干预在帕金森病膀胱过度活跃症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良排尿日记联合行为干预在帕金森病膀胱过度活跃症(OAB)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取某院住院的120例帕金森病OAB患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为实验组(60例)和对照组(60例),实验组采用改良排尿日记联合行为干预,对照组采用常规护理,观察两组患者干预前后患者排尿功能、排尿症状和生活质量变化。结果:干预后,实验组患者单次排尿次数、核心下尿路症状评分(CLSS)、帕金森患者生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)评分低于对照组,其单次排尿量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良排尿日记联合行为干预可降低帕金森病OAB患者膀胱过度活动症状的频率,改善排尿功能和排尿症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective:Exploring the application effect of improved urination diary combined with behavioral intervention in patients with overactive bladder syndrome(OAB)in Parkinson's disease.Methods:Selecting 120 Parkinson's disease OAB patients hospitalized in our department as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group of 60 cases and a control group of 60 cases using a random number table method.The experimental group used a self-designed improved urination diary combined with behavioral intervention,while the control group used conventional bladder function training.The changes in urination function,urination symptoms,and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were observed.Results:After intervention,the number of single urination,Core Lower Urinary Tract Symptom Score(CLSS),and Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire(PDQ-39)scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the single urination volume in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:improving urination diary combined with behavioral intervention can reduce the frequency of bladder overactivity symptoms in Parkinson's disease OAB patients,improve urination function and symptoms,and improve the quality of ife of Parkinson's disease patients.
