老年前列腺癌患者术后院外护理依赖程度及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探究老年前列腺癌患者术后院外护理依赖程度及其影响因素。方法:对112例老年前列腺癌根治术患者进行问卷调查,并结合护理依赖量表、社会支持评定量表、心理弹性量表、健康素养量表等工具,运用单因素分析和多元线性回归模型探讨影响因素。结果:患者院外护理依赖总分为(30.25±6.46)分,处于很大程度依赖。年龄、文化程度、心理弹性、社会支持、自我管理能力及健康素养等因素影响护理依赖程度(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析表明,年龄、文化程度、心理弹性、社会支持、自我管理能力及健康素养是影响护理依赖程度的独立变量(P<0.05)。结论:老年前列腺癌患者术后院外护理依赖受多种因素影响,医护人员及其家属应根据患者个体特点,结合心理干预、健康教育、社会支持等干预手段,制定针对性护理方案,以降低其依赖程度,提高患者生活质量,促进术后康复。Objective:To investigate the degree of out-of-hospital nursing dependency and its influencing factors in elderly patients after prostate cancer surgery,providing theoretical support for personalized nursing interventions.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 112 elderly patients who underwent radical prostatectomy.Out-of-hospital nursing dependency was assessed using the Nursing Dependency Scale,while factors such as social support,psychological resilience,health literacy,and self-management ability were evaluated using validated scales.with univariate analysis and multiple linear regression applied to identify influencing factors.Results:The total score of out-of-hospital nursing dependency was 30.25±6.46,indicating a partial dependency state.Univariate analysis revealed that age,educational background,psychological resilience,social support,self-management ability,and health literacy significantly influenced the degree of nursing dependency(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression further identified these factors as independent predictors of nursing dependency(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of out-of-hospital nursing dependency in elderly patients after prostate cancer surgery is influenced by multiple factors.Healthcare providers should develop individualized nursing plans incorporating psychological interventions,health education,and enhanced social support to reduce dependency,improve patients'quality of life,and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
