摘　　要：目的:分析药物流产联合吸宫术及宫腔水囊压迫治疗瘢痕妊娠的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月河源市妇幼保健院收治的66例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组采用药物流产联合吸宫术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用宫腔水囊压迫治疗。对比两组临床指标、阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果:两组手术时间、住院时间对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量、术后24 h阴道出血量少于对照组(P<0.001);观察组阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间早于对照组(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.039)。结论:药物流产联合吸宫术及宫腔水囊压迫治疗瘢痕妊娠的效果较好,能够减少术中出血量、阴道出血量,促进月经恢复,减少并发症。Objective:To analyze the effect of medical abortion combined with uterine aspiration and uterine water sac compression on scar pregnancy.Methods:Sixty-six patients with caesarean section scar pregnancy admitted to Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty-three cases in each group.The control group was treated with drug abortion combined with uterine aspiration,and the observation group was treated with uterine water sac compression on the basis of the control group.Clinical indexes,vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05);the amount of intra-operative blood loss and 24 h postoperative vaginal blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001);the time of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.001);the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.039).Conclusion:The effect of medical abortion combined with uterine aspiration and uterine water sac compression in the treatment of scar pregnancy is better,which can reduce the amount of intraoperative and vaginal bleeding,promote the recovery of menstruation and reduce complications.
