不同剂量曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析不同剂量曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病的效果。方法:选取2023年1—6月航天中心医院收治的5000例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为五组,各1000例。五组均实施基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用20 mg曲美他嗪治疗,研究1组采用20 mg曲美他嗪联合10 mg阿托伐他汀钙治疗,研究2组采用20 mg曲美他嗪联合20 mg阿托伐他汀钙治疗,研究3组采用60 mg曲美他嗪联合10 mg阿托伐他汀钙治疗,研究4组采用60 mg曲美他嗪联合20 mg阿托伐他汀钙治疗。对比五组临床疗效、心功能、不良反应与心血管不良事件(MACE)发生情况。结果:研究4组总有效率最高,对照组总有效率最低,研究2组、研究3组高于研究1组(P<0.05)。治疗后,五组左心室射血分数升高,研究4组最高,对照组最低,研究2组、研究3组高于研究1组(P<0.05);五组左心室舒张末期内径、左心房前后径降低,研究4组最低,对照组最高,研究2组、研究3组低于研究1组(P<0.05)。研究4组肝功能异常发生率高于其他组,研究2组、研究3组高于对照组、研究1组;研究4组过敏发生率高于对照组、研究1组;研究4组MACE发生率最低,对照组最高,研究2组、研究3组低于研究1组(P<0.05)。结论:60 mg曲美他嗪联合20 mg阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病的疗效更好,可有效提高心功能,降低MACE发生率,但不良反应发生率更高。Objective:To analyze the effect of different doses of trimetazidine and atorvastatin calcium on elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of five thousand elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Space Center Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into five groups according to random number table method,with one thousand patients each.All five groups received basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with 20 mg trimetazidine,and the study group 1 was treated with 20 mg trimetazidine combined with 10 mg atorvastatin calcium.Study group 2 was treated with 20 mg trimetazidine combined with 20 mg atorvastatin calcium.Study group 3 were treated with 60 mg trimetazidine combined with 10 mg atorvastatin calcium.Study group 4 was treated with 60 mg trimetazidine combined with 20 mg atorvastatin calcium.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,adverse reactions and cardiovascular adverse events(MACE)were compared between the five groups.Results:The total effective rate of study group 4 was the highest,the total effective rate of control group was the lowest,and the total effective rate of study group 2 and study group 3 was higher than that of study group 1(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction increased in 5 groups,the highest in study group 4 and the lowest in control group,and the higher in study group 2 and study group 3 than that in study group 1(P<0.05);left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left atrial anteroposterior diameter decreased in five groups,the lowest in study group 4 and the highest in control group,and the lower in study group 2 and study group 3 than in study group 1(P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal liver function in study group 4 was higher than other groups,study group 2 and study group 3 were higher than control group and study group 1;the incidence of allergy in study group 4 was higher than that in control group and study group 1;the incidence of MACE was the lowest in stu
