破格救心汤加减联合芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨破格救心汤加减联合芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月封开县中医院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。在对症治疗基础上,对照组采用芪参益气滴丸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合破格救心汤加减治疗。对比两组治疗效果、心功能状态、神经内分泌因子、运动耐力与生活质量、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.023);治疗后,两组左室射血分数、每搏输出量水平升高,左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径水平降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肾素活性、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组6 min步行距离升高,明尼苏达生活质量量表评分降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:破格救心汤加减联合芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果较好,能够改善心功能,调节神经内分泌状态,提高生活质量及运动耐力,安全性较好。Objective:To explore the effect of Poge Jiuxin decoction combined with Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of eighty patients with chronic heart failure treated in Fengkai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty cases in each group.On the basis of symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with Qishen Yiqi dropping pills,and the observation group was treated with the combination of Poge Jiuxin decoction on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function,neuroendocrine factors,exercise endurance and quality of life,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.023);after treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke output were increased,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter were decreased,and observation group was better than control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the renin activity,angiotensinⅡand aldosterone levels in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the 6-min walking distance increased and the Minnesota Living with Heart Failture Questionnaire score decreased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure,the combination of Poge Jiuxin decoction and Qishen Yiqi dropping pill has a good effect,which can improve the heart function,regulate the neuroendocrine state,improve the quality of life and exercise endurance,and has good safety.
