穴位敷贴联合痰瘀互结方治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析穴位敷贴联合痰瘀互结方治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病的效果。方法:选取2019年9月—2022年9月上海市黄浦区中西医结合医院收治的80例痰瘀互结型冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组在夜间睡前使用无菌薄膜进行穴位敷贴,观察组采用中药穴位敷贴和痰瘀互结方治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、疗效、实验室指标。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.026)。治疗前,两组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C水平降低,观察组hs-CRP、TC、TG水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组HDL-C、LDL-C水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痰瘀互结方联合穴位敷贴治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病患者的效果较好,可以有效缓解患者的胸闷、气短等症状,降低hs-CRP和血脂水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint application combined with Tanyu Hujie prescription on coronary heart disease of Tanyu Hujie type.Methods:A total of eighty patients with Tanyu Hujie type coronary heart disease treated in Shanghai Huangpu District Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group used sterile film at night before going to bed for acupoint application,the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application and Tanyu Hujie prescription.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,curative effect and laboratory index were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.026).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TC,TG and LDL-C in both groups were decreased,and the levels of hs-CRP,TC and TG in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of HDL-C and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tanyu Hujie prescription combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with Tanyu Hujie coronary heart disease has a good effect,can effectively relieve patients'chest tightness,shortness of breath and other symptoms,reduce the level of hs-CRP and blood lipid.
