摘 要:目的:研究个体化营养支持对于骨盆骨折患者术后营养状况、并发症发生率以及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月北京积水潭医院贵州医院收治的60例骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组术后接受常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上增加个体化营养支持。对比两组干预前后营养状况[血清白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)、前白蛋白(PA)和转铁蛋白(TRF)]、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组ALB、TP、PA、TRF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组ALB、TP、PA、TRF水平升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:个性化营养支持能够改善骨盆骨折手术患者的营养状况,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective:To study the effects of individualized nutritional support on nutritional status,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in patients after pelvic fracture surgery.Methods:Sixty patients with pelvic fracture admitted to Guizhou Hospital of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases).The control group received routine nursing after operation,and the study group added individualized nutritional support on the basis of the control group.Nutritional status[serum albumin(ALB),total protein(TP),prealbumin(PA)and transferrin(TRF)]before and after intervention,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of ALB,TP,PA and TRF between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of ALB,TP,PA and TRF in two groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Individualized nutritional support can improve the nutritional status of patients undergoing pelvic fracture surgery,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
