剖宫产围术期规范化管理对预防产妇医院感染的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究剖宫产围术期规范化管理对预防产妇医院感染的效果。方法:选取2023年7—12月于黔南布依族苗族自治州瓮安县妇幼保健院接受手术的择期剖宫产产妇210例作为对象,采用随机数字表法分为JR组与GF组,每组105例。JR组采用常规管理,GF组采用围术期规范化管理。比较两组心理状态、护理质量评分、住院时间、术后感染发生率及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,GF组低于JR组(P<0.05);GF组服务态度、护理技术、环境、护理安全评分高于JR组(P<0.001);GF组住院时间短于JR组(P<0.001);GF组术后感染发生率低于JR组(P=0.002);GF组护理总满意度高于JR组(P<0.001)。结论:规范化管理在剖宫产产妇围术期护理中的效果较好,能够减轻产妇的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理质量,降低术后感染发生率,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized management in perioperative period of cesarean section on prevention of nosocomial infection.Methods:A total of two hundred and ten women who underwent elective cesarean section in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Weng'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July to December 2023 were selected as the subjects and divided into JR group and GF group by random number table method,with one hundred and five cases in each group.Conventional management was adopted in JR group and standardized management in perioperative period was adopted in GF group.The psychological state,nursing quality score,length of stay,incidence of postoperative infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale decreased in both groups,and those in GF group were lower than those in JR group(P<0.05);the scores of service attitude,nursing technique,environment and nursing safety in GF group were higher than those in JR group(P<0.001);the length of hospitalization in GF group was shorter than that in JR group(P<0.001);the incidence of postoperative infection in GF group was lower than that in JR group(P=0.002);the total nursing satisfaction in GF group was higher than that in JR group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of standardized management in perioperative nursing in cesarean section is better,which can reduce the anxiety and depression,improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of postoperative infection,shorten the length of hospital stay and improve nursing satisfaction.
