摘　　要：目的:研究照顾者情绪护理对脑出血患者的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月暨南大学附属顺德医院收治的脑出血患者78例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上对照顾者进行情绪护理。比较两组照顾者综合能力、患者愤怒发生情况及患者生活质量评分。结果:护理后,两组照顾者的照顾技能、自我压力、健康管理、应对策略评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者愤怒发生率低于对照组(P=0.023);护理后,两组患者机体状态、心理状态、认知状态、社会状态评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑出血照顾者进行情绪护理,能够提高照顾者的综合能力及患者的生活质量,降低患者愤怒发生率。Objective:To study the effect of emotional nursing of caregivers on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Shunde Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,and the observation group received emotional nursing of caregivers on the basis of the control group.The comprehensive ability of the caregivers,the occurrence of anger and the quality of life score of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of care-giving skills,self-stress,health management and coping strategies of caregivers of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of anger of patients in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.023);after nursing,the scores of body state,psychological state,cognitive state and social state of patients of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emotional nursing of caregivers on patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the comprehensive ability of caregivers and the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of anger in patients.
