摘  要:目的:探讨低剂量扫描技术在双源CT冠状动脉血管成像中的可行性。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年8月于菏泽市曹县中医医院接受双源CT冠状动脉血管成像检查的88例冠心病患者进行研究,采用双色小球法随机分为研究组和对照组,各44例。患者均接受双源CT冠状动脉血管成像检查,对照组采用常规剂量CT扫描方法,研究组采用低剂量CT扫描方法。比较两组辐射剂量、冠状动脉图像噪声比、冠状动脉图像增强CT值及冠状动脉异常检出率。结果:研究组辐射剂量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组右冠状动脉、左冠状动脉回旋支、左冠状动脉前降支图像噪声比对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组冠状动脉图像增强CT值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组冠状动脉异常检出率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低剂量扫描技术应用于双源CT冠状动脉血管成像检查中,能够减轻对患者的辐射损伤,不会对检查结果造成较大的影响。Objective:To investigate the feasibility of low-dose scanning technique in dual-source CT coronary angiography.Methods:A total of eighty-eight patients with coronary heart disease who received dual-source CT coronary angiography in Heze Caoxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to August 2024 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group by double-color glomerular method,with forty-four cases in each group.All patients received dual-source CT coronary angiography.The control group received conventional dose CT scanning and the study group received low-dose CT scanning.The radiation dose,noise ratio of coronary image,enhanced CT value of coronary image and detection rate of coronary artery abnormality were compared between the two groups.Results:The radiation dose of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);there was no significant difference in the image noise ratio of right coronary artery,left circumflex artery and left anterior descending artery between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in enhanced CT values of coronary artery images between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the detection rate of coronary artery abnormalities between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of low-dose scanning technique in dual-source CT coronary angiography can reduce the radiation damage to patients and will not have a great impact on the examination results.
