摘 要:目的:探究基于排队论模型进行人员动态调配对门诊采血室管理工作的影响。方法:选取贵州医科大学附属医院2022年10月—2023年6月采取传统全自动智能采血叫号系统的80例患者(实施前),以及2023年7月—2024年4月实施基于排队理论模型采血护士人员动态调配的80例患者(实施后)作为研究对象。实施前后为同一批责任护士,共30名。比较实施前后采血护士工作效率、护理质量得分、患者满意度及采血不良反应发生率。结果:实施后人际关系、护理问题、工作总量、设备仪器、时间分配得分高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后应变能力、护患纠纷处理、服务态度、患者管理、操作规范得分高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后患者满意度高于实施前(P=0.025);实施后患者采血不良反应发生率低于实施前(P=0.035)。结论:门诊采血室管理中,引用排队论模型进行人员动态调配,能够有效帮助采血护士提高工作效率及护理质量,提高患者的护理满意度,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the influence of dynamic personnel allocation based on queuing theory model on the management of outpatient blood collection room.Methods:Eighty patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University who adopted the traditional automatic intelligent blood collection number calling system from October 2022 to June 2023(before the implementation),and eighty patients who implemented the dynamic personnel allocation of blood collection nurses based on the queuing theory model from July 2023 to April 2024(after the implementation)were selected as the study objects.Before and after the implementation of the same group of responsible nurses,a total of thirty.The work efficiency,nursing quality score,patient satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions of blood collection were compared before and after the implementation.Results:After implementation,the scores of interpersonal relationship,nursing problems,total amount of work,equipment and instruments,and time allocation were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05);after implementation,the scores of coping ability,nurse-patient dispute handling,service attitude,patient management and operation standard were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients after implementation was higher than that before implementation(P=0.025);the incidence of adverse reactions of blood collection after implementation was lower than before implementation(P=0.035).Conclusion:In the management of outpatient blood collection room,using the queuing theory model for dynamic personnel allocation can effectively help blood collection nurses improve work efficiency and nursing quality,improve patients'nursing satisfaction and reduce complications.
