摘 要:新质生产力崛起于科技革命与产业变革浪潮,成为驱动教学质量跃升的关键引擎。文章回溯了新质生产力产生的时代背景,审视了当前高等教育教学发展的现状,并系统梳理了教育教学改革困囿,即高等教育教学改革存在课程内容与发展需求偏离、学科教学与科研创新脱节、教育政策与教师需求脱链、评价初衷与评价成效背离等问题。在此基础上,深入探讨了新质生产力赋能高等教育教学改革的路径,包括优化教育课题建设、强化教育顶层设计、统筹教育政策创新、重塑科学评价体系,以期为高等教育教学改革提供研究参考。The rise of new quality productivity in the wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation has become a key engine driving the improvement of teaching quality.The article traces the historical background of the emergence of new quality productivity,examines the current development status of higher education teaching,and systematically sorts out the difficulties in education and teaching reform,namely the deviation between curriculum content and development needs,the disconnection between subject teaching and scientific research innovation,the disconnection between education policies and teacher needs,and the contradiction between evaluation intention and evaluation effectiveness.On this basis,we will delve into the path of empowering higher education teaching reform with new quality productivity,including optimizing education project construction,strengthening top-level education design,coordinating education policy innovation,and reshaping the scientific evaluation system,in order to provide research references for higher education teaching reform.
