摘　　要：随着新一轮科技和产业革命的快速发展以及我国经济结构的调整,社会对人才的需求在逐渐发生改变,传统的人才培养模式已经不能适应社会与经济发展的需要。文章以邢台学院自动化专业为例,探索了如何结合地方经济发展,以思政为引领、认证为规范、突出专业群建设、以服务地方为目标的高素质应用型人才培养路径。自动化专业通过一系列的高素质应用型人才培养改革,有效提升了学生的综合素质,助力学生毕业后实现职业生涯的快速发展。With the rapid development of a new round of technology and industrial revolution,as well as the adjustment of China's economic structure,the demand for talent in society is gradually changing,and the traditional talent training model can no longer meet the needs of social and economic development.The article takes the automation major of Xingtai University as an example to explore how to combine local economic development,take ideological and political education as the guide,certification as the norm,highlight the construction of professional groups,and aim to serve the local area as the goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents.The automation major has effectively improved students'comprehensive quality through a series of high-quality applied talent training reforms,helping them to develop their careers rapidly after graduation.
