摘 要:文章从心理资本视角探讨了高职高专学生职业适应能力的提升路径。在梳理心理资本与职业适应能力相关理论的基础上,分析了心理资本四个维度(自我效能感、希望、乐观、韧性)对职业适应能力的影响机制。进一步指出,在高职高专教育中培养学生的心理资本,对于促进其职业适应能力的发展具有重要意义,并提出了基于心理资本的职业适应能力培养策略。最后,展望了未来心理资本与职业适应能力研究的方向,以期为促进高职高专学生的职业发展提供理论参考和实践指导。This article explores the improvement path of vocational adaptation ability for vocational college students from the perspective of psychological capital.On the basis of sorting out the relevant theories of psychological capital and occupational adaptability,this paper analyzes the impact mechanism of the four dimensions of psychological capital(self-efficacy,hope,optimism,resilience)on occupational adaptability.It is further pointed out that cultivating students'psychological capital in vocational education is of great significance for promoting the development of their vocational adaptability.This article proposes a vocational adaptability training strategy based on psychological capital.Finally,the direction of future research on psychological capital and occupational adaptability was discussed,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the career development of vocational college students.
