利用信息化手段赋能高校学生事务管理——以Z医药大学为例

摘　　要：高校学生事务管理作为高等教育体系的重要组成部分,其管理水平直接关系到学生的成长成才和学校的整体教育质量。信息化手段以其高效、便捷、智能的特点,为高校学生事务管理提供了新的思路和工具。文章以Z医药大学为例,深入分析了当前信息化手段赋能学生事务管理过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题,从加强学生事务管理人员对信息化建设的重视、培养学生事务管理人员的数据思维和信息素养、提高信息化手段的事务管理效率等方面提出优化策略,以期促进高校学生事务管理水平的提升。As an important component of the higher education system,the management level of student affairs in universities directly affects the growth and development of students and the overall education quality of the school.Information technology,with its efficient,convenient,and intelligent characteristics,provides new ideas and tools for the management of student affairs in universities.The article takes Z Medical University as an example to deeply analyze the problems in the current process of empowering student affairs management with information technology.In response to these problems,optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of strengthening the attention of student affairs management personnel to information construction,cultivating their data thinking and information literacy,and strengthening the efficiency of information technology in affairs management,in order to promote the improvement of the level of student affairs management in universities.
