摘  要:文章旨在提高高危电力设施的安全性,减少因人员误入或不注意导致的事故风险。通过结合微波雷达探测技术、智能语音报警技术和灯光报警技术,开发了基于近电感应预警的智能警示牌。装置利用微波传感器检测人体活动并触发声光报警,有效提升警示效果,并在无人接近时自动停止报警以节约资源。支持太阳能和锂电池供电,具备户外防水一体化设计和IP65防护标准,确保不同环境下稳定运行。内置SPI-Flash,可存储长达30 min的语音文件,并支持USB更换语音内容,满足个性化需求。此外,设备集成GPS定位模块,提供精确位置信息,有助于安全监管和应急响应。现场应用表明,该智能警示牌能有效防止人员触电和大型机械碰线等风险,同时实现多源设备共享调用和在线监测,显著提高劳动生产率和电力设施安全性。This paper aims to improve the safety of high-risk power facilities and reduce the risk of accidents caused by personnel straying or not paying attention.Through the integration of microwave radar detection technology,intelligent voice alarm technology and light alarm technology,the intelligent warning sign based on near induction warning is developed.The device uses microwave sensors to detect human activity and trigger sound and light alarm,effectively improve the warning effect,and automatically stop the alarm when no one approaches to save resources.The equipment supports solar energy and lithium battery power supply,and has outdoor waterproof integrated design and IP65 protection standards to ensure stable operation in different environments.The built-in SPI-Flash can store up to 30 minutes of voice files,and supports USB replacement of voice content to meet individual needs.In addition,the device integrates a GPS positioning module to provide precise location information,which facilitates safety supervision and emergency response.Field application shows that the intelligent warning sign can effectively prevent the risks of personnel electric shock and large machinery line collision,while realizing multi-source equipment sharing call and online monitoring,significantly improving labor productivity and power facility safety.
