摘  要:燃料电池系统绝缘阻值过低将无法满足车辆运行要求,其绝缘阻值取决于冷却液温度变化、冷却系统零部件绝缘效果等。文章采用Simulink进行建模并结合试验探究燃料电池系统绝缘问题。结果表明,建立的绝缘仿真模型与试验结果吻合较好,系统绝缘随冷却液电导率的增加而减小,冷却液的电导率在设计范围内变化不影响系统运行。此外,水泵的绝缘失效,可能会造成系统绝缘报警。Low insulation resistance of fuel cell system will not meet the requirements of vehicle operation.Its insulation resistance depends on changes in coolant temperature,insulation effect of cooling system components,etc.This article uses Simulink for modeling and combines experiments to explore insulation issues in fuel cell systems.The results show that the established insulation simulation model is in good agreement with the experimental results.The system insulation decreases with the increase of coolant conductivity,and the variation of coolant conductivity within the design range does not affect the system operation.The insulation failure of the water pump may cause a system insulation alarm.
