摘　　要：随着信息化网络的飞速发展,其已与电网企业的核心职能,包括生产、运营、管理及服务,实现了深度融合,进而演变为电力系统中的关键性基础设施和支撑手段,其重要性日渐显著。文章针对电力系统的数据通信网构建,提出了一套适应地市级及以下层次的建设策略,主要介绍了电力数据通信网设计思路及网络技术体制,阐述了网络设计方案及各类业务接入方案,以期为相关人员提供参考。With the rapid development of information networks,they have achieved deep integration with the core functions of power grid enterprises,including production,operation,management,and services,and have evolved into critical infrastructure and supporting means in the power system,with their importance becoming increasingly significant.The article proposes a set of construction strategies for the data communication network of the power system that are suitable for the city level and below.It mainly introduces the design ideas and network technology system of the power data communication network,elaborates on the network design scheme and various business access schemes,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
