摘 要:为了将废旧纺织品回收再生为高值产品,获得具有光催化功能的材料,以涤棉织物为原料,ZnCl_(2)作为活化剂,通过高温炭化,制备出活性炭;然后以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,在活性炭上原位生成TiO_(2),获得了活性炭光催化复合材料,并对产物结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:混纺比80/20的涤棉织物、800℃下制得的复合光催化材料,TiO_(2)在活性炭上分布均匀,具有无定形结构;该复合材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附量可达344 mg/g,对质量浓度60 mg/L的亚甲基蓝光照6 h后降解率可达98%,并且在循环5次后,对亚甲基蓝的降解率仍可达到80%,具有良好的光催化降解性能和循环使用性能。In order to recycle waste textiles into high-value products and obtain photocatalytic material,the active carbon materials was prepared by high temperature carbonization using polyester cotton fabric as raw materials and ZnCl_(2) as activating agent.Then,TiO_(2) was in situ synthesized on activated carbon with butyltitanate as the precursor to prepare activated carbon photocatalytic composite materials.The structure and property of the product were characterized.The results showed that the photocatalytic materials prepared with polyester cotton fabric of blending ratio 80/20 and at 800℃ had amorphous structure,and TiO_(2) was evenly distributed on the activated carbon.The adsorption capacity of methylene blue could be reached 344 mg/g.The degradation rate for methylene blue with mass concentration of 60 mg/L could be reached 98% after 6 h illumination.After 5 times cycles,the degradation rate of methylene blue could still be reached 80%.It showed excellent photocatalytic degradation and recycling performance.
