摘　　要：近年来,中国氯碱行业由高速发展进入到高质量发展阶段,在全球氯碱行业的地位愈发凸显。本文分析了世界氯碱行业和中国氯碱行业的发展现状、对中国氯碱企业“走出去”现状及“走出去”面临的机遇与挑战进行了深入分析和思考,并提出相关措施建议,助力行业实施“走出去”战略。In recent years,China's chlor-alkali industry has entered a stage of high-quality development from a stage of rapid development,and its position in the global chlor-alkali industry has become increasingly prominent.This paper analyzes the development status of the world chlor-alkali industry and China's chlor-alkali industry,conducts in-depth analysis and thinking on the current situation of Chinese chlor-alkali enterprises"go global"as well as the opportunities and challenges they face in"go global",and puts forward relevant measures and suggestions to help the chlor-alkali industry implement the"go global"strategy.
