摘  要:PVC糊树脂胶乳中未反应的残留氯乙烯单体通过自压回收和真空回收再经喷雾干燥后,排放的尾气中非甲烷总烃(VOCs)含量超出国家标准排放限值。国内外现有废气处理方法不仅运行成本高,且存在较大的安全风险。因此,研发了一种适用于微悬浮糊树脂生产过程中VOCs脱除的新工艺,以满足VOCs国家标准排放限值。The content of total non-methane hydrocarbons(VOCs)in the tail gas discharged after the unre-acted residual vinyl chloride monomer in PvC paste resin latex is recycled by self-pressure and vacuum re-covery and then through spray drying exceeds the national standard emission limits.The existing domestic and foreign waste gas treatment methods not only have high operating costs but also pose relatively large safety risks.Therefore,a new process suitable for VOCs removal during the production of micro-suspension paste resin has been developed to meet the national standard emission limits for VOCs.
