摘　　要：作者对椭偏测厚法数据应用微电脑进行了处理与研究。采用一种求近似解的方法 ,编程运算得出薄膜材料的折射率与厚度。这种方法应用面广、速度快、精度高 ,所得结果令人满意。By using microcomputer,the elliptical parameters has been studied.It used bisection method to evaluate the approximation solution.And get the thin film material's refracting power and thickness through computer programme.That led to a wide,speedy and high procision approach. The results are satisfactory.
