摘　　要：目的 :观察西沙必利对早产儿胃肠功能的调节作用。方法 :给 32例早产儿口服西沙必利 0 2ml/(kg 次 ) ,一日 4次干预治疗 ,与对照组比较 ,测定二种主要胃肠肽———胃动素、胃泌素 ,并检测血糖、体重变化及血胆红素浓度。结果 :干预组早产儿首次黄便排出时间、活性炭排出时间较对照组均显著缩短 ,严重胃潴留发生率较对照组亦有所降低 ,但 χ2 检验无显著性意义。 7日龄血浆胃动素浓度和血浆胃泌素浓度高于对照组 ,但无显著性意义。 7日龄体重增加较对照组有显著性意义。 5日龄血清胆红素浓度显著低于对照组。干预组 2 0例心电图监测 ,未发现QT间期延长。结论 :西沙必利能增强早产儿胃肠动力功能 ,增加激素含量 ,促进体重增长 ,减轻早产儿黄疸程度 。Objective: To observe the regulative function of gastro intestinal in preterm newborns with cisapride Methods: Cisapride was taken 4 times daily 0.2ml/kg each time in 32 cases of preterm newborns The time of meconium, yellow stool, charcoal being excreted and gastro retention are signs of gastrointestinal motions Two main gastro intestinal peptides - motilin and gastrins, blood sugar, bilirubin and body's weight have been observed,There are other 32 cases of same preterm newborns in the control group Results: The times of meconium and charcoal being excreted in cisapride group was shorter than in control Morbidity of severe gastro retention was lower in cisapride than in control Concentration of plasma motilin in 7 day olds in cisapride group was higher significomtly than in control one Concentration of plasma gastrins in same age in cisapride group was higher than in control group Increase of body weight of 7 day olds was more obvious in cisapride group than in control group Concentration of bilirubin in age of 5 days was lower than in control group Cardiomonitor in 20 cases of cisapride group found no Q T time prolonging Conclusion: Gastrointestinal function was improved in the premature treated with cisapride Plasma level of motilin and gastrins was increased We suggust that cisapride be used in preterm newborns was effective and safe
