α-细辛脑佐治喘息性支气管炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察α 细辛脑辅佐治疗喘息性支气管炎的疗效。方法 :将 188例喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组 6 2例 ,治疗组12 6例。对照组按常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用细辛脑 0 5～ 1 0mg/ (kg d)　每日一次 ,连用 3～ 9d。结果 :治疗组咳嗽、喘息、肺部哮鸣音消失时间及住院时间均优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :α 细辛脑佐治小儿喘息性支气管炎疗效显著 ,近期副作用小。Objective: To observe the clinical effect and side effect of α asarone in add on treatment of infantile asthmatic bronchitis Methods: 188 Cases of infantile asthmatic bronchitis patients were divided randomly into two groups 62 cases of control group were treated with routine therapy The treat group with 128 cases was add on treated with α asarone everyday 0 5～1 0 mg/(kg d) in three to nine days Results: The course of antitussive, wheezing relief, disappearance of pulmonary wheeze rale and length of stay in the treat group was shorter than in the control group ( P <0 01) Conclusion:α Asarone is a effective medicine in add on treatment of infantile asthmatic bronchitis
