摘　　要：《医疗事故处理条例》(以下简称《条例》)的颁布实施对医疗机构及医务人员提出了新的要求 ,对医院管理工作、医院业务工作将产生一定的影响 ,对医务人员素质要求更高。对此 ,医疗机构和医务人员应高度重视。对《条例》要有一个客观的认识 ;医院全员都必须认真学习《条例》 ;加强医疗机构的管理 ,抓薄弱环节 ,制定措施 ,完善制度 ;医务人员要努力提高业务技能 ;强调对病历资料的质量监控和管理。The implementation of the Malpractice handling Regulations, which has set new and higher demands on medical institutions and medical workers, will have a certain impact on hospital administration and patient care. Medical institutions and medical workers must be highly aware of this. The entire staff of each hospital must study the Regulations carefully and try to obtain an objective understanding of it. Management of medical institutions must be strengthened, weak links identified, measures formulated and regulations perfected. Medical workers ought to strive for better professional skills, and supervision and management of medical records ought to be intensified.
