摘　　要：目的　观察rhTNF -NB与DDP联合化疗药物 ,胸腔内灌注对恶性胸水的疗效。方法　采用胸腔穿刺灌注rhTNF -NB及DDP与单用DDP的疗效对照。结果　rhTNF -NB与DDP组 3 8例有效率 86 8% ;化疗组DDP 3 6例 ,有效率 47 2 % (P <0 0 5 )。结论　胸腔穿刺灌注rhTNF -NB及DDP组疗效明显优于胸腔内单纯灌注化疗药物DDP组 ,因此 ,rhTNF -NB及DDP胸腔内灌注为治疗恶性胸水的有效方法之一。Objective To evaluate the result of combination therapy of rhTNF-NB and cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods At first the pleural effusion was drained from an intrapleural catheter and then infused the rhTNF-NB plus cisplatin,and the control group was with infused cisplatin alone.Their therapeutic effects were compared in a randomized trial.Results The response rate of 38 cases of rhTNF-NB group was 86.8%,whereas that of the 36 cases of control group was 47.2% ( P <0.05).Conclusions The results showed that the effect of rhTNF-NB is superior to that of the cisplatin alone and it may be one of the effective ways to control malignant pleureal effusion.
