100例健康成人P波离散度分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨健康成人P波离散度范围及特点。方法　同步描记 10 0例 (男、女各 5 0例 )健康成人 12导联心电图 ,测量P波最大时限 (Pmax)、最小时限 (Pmin) ,计算Pd 并分析其特点。结果　①正常成人Pd 为2 8 90± 7 5 1(10～ 4 0 )ms ;②Pmax为 88 30± 8 2 9(70～ 110 )ms ,常见于aVR、Ⅱ、aVF导联 ;③Pmin为 5 9 4 0± 9 19(40～ 80 )ms ,常见于V1、V2 及Ⅰ、aVL导联 ;④男、女性别组间Pmax、Pd 均无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　正常成人Pmax和Pd 上限分别为 110ms和 4 0ms ,且不受性别影响。Objective To investigate the normal value of P wave dispersion and its characteristics in healthy adults.Methods Synchrony 12-lead electrocardiogram was obtained from 100 healthy adults(male 50,female 50).P max and P min were measured,P d was calculated and analyzed.Results ①p d was 28 90±7 51(ranged 10～40)ms ②P max was 88 30±8 29(ranged70～110)ms,which appeared most frequently in aVR,Ⅱ,aVF leads ③P min was 59 40±9 19(ranged 40～80)ms,which appeared most frequently in V 1,V 2 andⅠ,aVL leads ④There were no significant difference between P max and P d in different sex groups( P >0 05).Conclusion The upper limit of P max and P d was 110ms and 40ms separately,which was not affected by sexes.
