克鼠星1号的防鼠效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：　通过现场适口性试验和灭鼠效果测试,害鼠对克鼠星1号的摄食系数为0.95,现场灭鼠效果达95.45%。用中毒鼠尸对鸡、猫、狗进行饲养,均无二次中毒现象发生,试验对象体重变化与对照无差异。采取强迫取食,非靶动物取食克鼠星1号后,均发生了呕吐反应,但无中毒死亡现象,说明克鼠星1号对非靶动物安全,无二次中毒现象。在大面积灭鼠中,克鼠星1号对鼢鼠、田鼠、家鼠等的防治效果分别为92.53%,86.68%,98.93%。The eating coefficient of Krs1# for mouse is 0.95,the effect of controlling is 95.45% by testing the effect of controlling mouse.Breeding chicken,cat,dog by using the poisoned mouse bodies,they did not occur the second toxicosis,there were no difference between the avoirdupois of testing animals and CK.The testing animals occurred the vomitive reactivity,but they did not die,by forcing them to eat Krs1#.The result is that Krs1# is safe and not secondlypoisonous to chicken,cat,dog.It is little leftover and unpollution in the field.VK1 is the effective antidote.The effect of Krs1# to Zokor,field mouse,house mouse is 92.53%,86.68%,98.93%.
