摘　　要：　简要介绍了钙依赖型蛋白激酶(Calcium-dependentProteinKinases,CDPKs)的结构特点及家族成员,重点对CDPKs在植物环境胁迫、防御反应、生长发育、离子通道调节和激素信号等方面的生理功能研究进展进行了综述和讨论,并展望了该领域的研究前景。At first,the structural characteristics and members of superfamily are reviewed simply.Then,the physiological functions of calciumdependent protein kinases (CDPKs) in plants,signaling transduction on environment stress,defense responses,developmental processes,regulation to ion channels and hormones are summarized and discussed.At last,the research perspective in this field is also discussed.
