柴油机燃用甲醇—柴油混合燃料燃烧特性的研究

摘　　要：在测定甲醇和柴油物理性质的基础上,以稳定时间为前提,配置多种甲醇、柴油、水、乳化剂的混合燃料,从中选出稳定时间长、粘度接近柴油的混合燃料与纯柴油进行了台架对比试验.结果表明:柴油机燃用甲醇—柴油混合燃料比燃用纯柴油节油效果显著,节油率达到12 6%,并有效降低了柴油机的排放污染.On the premise of stable time and on the basis of measured physical properties of methanol and diesel oil,many kinds of blending burning fuel with methanol,diesel oil and water,emulsifying materials were madeA control experiment was conducted between pure diesel oil and blending burning fuel with more stable time and thickness close to diesel oilThe results show that the mixed methanddiesel oil fuel,with a 126% oileconoming rate,has better oileconomizing effect than pure diesel oil, and can effectively reduce the emitting polltuion of the diesel engine
