摘  要:对分离自杨梅根瘤的10株Frankia菌分离株进行表型特性研究,并用特异引物扩增其16SrD-NA,对扩增产物用2种限制性内切酶Hinf 和Hae 进行酶切后,分析酶切图谱.结果表明:这10株Frankia菌分离株不仅表型存在差异,而且其酶切图谱差异较大,说明其基因型也有差异.即使从同一株荸荠种杨梅根瘤中,不同时间分离获得的Frankia菌分离株,表型和基因型也存在较大的差异,可能属于不同的基因种群.无论是从菌株表型分析,还是PCR产物的RFLP分析,都表明从杨梅根瘤中分离获得的Frankia菌分离株存在着丰富的遗传多样性.Ten isolates of Frankia from symbiotic nodules of Myrica rubra were studied on their phenotypes and RFLP analyses of their PCR products amplified from 16S rDNA by restriction enzymes HinfⅠand HaeⅢ The results showed that there are differences not only in their phenotypes but also in their gene types among the ten isolates of Frankia There are also differences in phenotypes and gene types among strains of Frankia isolated from the same nodule of Myrica rubra var puji at different time which may be different gene groups The results of their phenotypes and RFLP analyses of their PCR products amplified from 16S rDNA of ten isolates of Frankia from symbiotic nodules of Myrica rubra showed ample genetic diversity
