摘 要:对分离自杨梅根瘤的10株Frankia菌分离株进行表型特性研究,并用特异引物扩增其16SrD-NA,对扩增产物用2种限制性内切酶Hinf 和Hae 进行酶切后,分析酶切图谱.结果表明:这10株Frankia菌分离株不仅表型存在差异,而且其酶切图谱差异较大,说明其基因型也有差异.即使从同一株荸荠种杨梅根瘤中,不同时间分离获得的Frankia菌分离株,表型和基因型也存在较大的差异,可能属于不同的基因种群.无论是从菌株表型分析,还是PCR产物的RFLP分析,都表明从杨梅根瘤中分离获得的Frankia菌分离株存在着丰富的遗传多样性.Ten isolates of Frankia from symbiotic nodules of Myrica rubra were studied on their phenotypes and RFLP analyses of their PCR products amplified from 16S rDNA by restriction enzymes HinfⅠand HaeⅢ The results showed that there are differences not only in their phenotypes but also in their gene types among the ten isolates of Frankia There are also differences in phenotypes and gene types among strains of Frankia isolated from the same nodule of Myrica rubra var puji at different time which may be different gene groups The results of their phenotypes and RFLP analyses of their PCR products amplified from 16S rDNA of ten isolates of Frankia from symbiotic nodules of Myrica rubra showed ample genetic diversity
