摘  要:采用病穗套接接种的方法,对252份桑种质进行抗黄化型萎缩病鉴定。结果,高抗19份,中抗106份,感病50份,易感77份。不同地区桑种质资源的抗病性存在差异,长江以南地区桑种质抗病性比长江以北桑种质强,桑种之间的抗病性亦不同,广东桑和蒙桑的抗病性强于其他桑种。初步筛选出高抗种质,可作桑育种材料,并可在生产上利用。Employing an inoculation method of sheath- grafting with sick scions, 252 mulberry germplasms are identified on their resistance to mulberry yellow dwarf disease. It is found that, 1 9 germplasms are highly resistant , 106 moderately resistant, 50 sensitive,and 77 susceptible. Mulberry germplasms belonging to different regions have varied resistance. Those in the southern region of Changjiang River are more resistant than those in the northern region. Resistance among mulberry species is also different. That of Guangdong Mulberry (Marus atropurpurea Roxb. )and that of Mongolia Mulberry(Mams mongolica Schn. ) is higher than that of others . The tentatively screened germplasms with high resistance can be used as mulberry breeding materials,and for seri-cultural production as well.
