摘 要:利用第四纪土壤微生物蜡样芽孢杆菌Bacilluscereus芽孢计数法可以指示下伏基岩的金矿化。提取金矿化区和非矿化区第四纪土壤的B.cereus,进行微生物与金离子的相互作用实验,探讨金离子与B.cereus芽孢计数的本质联系,从而为解决该找矿法的理论基础提供依据。实验证实,低含量的金离子不能促进B.cereus转化成芽孢;当金含量升高到一定范围时,可以对B.cereus的生长产生抑制作用,促使其由营养体向芽孢转化,使矿化区土壤芽孢计数值很高,从而具有找矿指示意义。The Quaternary soil microorganism, Bacillus cereus, is reported as an effective indicator of the underlying gold mineralization.The experiments of interaction between gold ion and soil B.cereus isolated from gold mining regions and background regions were carried out to validate the relationship between gold contents and the spore numbers of B.cereus and to solidify the theoretical basis of this bioexploration method.Results showed,gold ion with a specific high concentration in culture solutions is capable of prohibiting the growth of B.cereus and promoting the sporulation,which will result in the occurrence of an abnormal enrichment of B.cereus spore counts in soils over the mineralized regions.Therefore,the cluster of high spore counts,in turn,can serve as an exploration tool to the subsurface mineral deposits.
