摘  要:从辽宁柞蚕分离出的两种微孢子虫,经光镜和电镜形态、寄生习性的研究结果,确定为柞蚕微粒子虫新种和修氏内网虫,在中国柞蚕微粒子病蚕中为首次发现。Nosema pernyi Wen et Ding sp. nov. was isolated from Antheraea pernyi(G. -M. )in Fengcheng Liaoning province. It caused the natural host a general infection in all stages and may experimentally infect Ostrinia furnacalis (G. ) , HelMt.his armigera (H. ) . tipodoptera litura F. . Pltalcrudimtti albilxi-sis(C. ) ,Fentenin ocypete B. ,Clastera anachareta (F. ) , Malacosoma neuatria (M. ) , Puris ra//ae L. and Phtit>samia cynthia rtcmi D. ,but Mythimria separata (W. ) , liombyx inun L. ,StUpnotm Candida S. and Ly-mantrm dispae L. , were refractory to the infection. Life cycle monomorphic, both in 20and26 C. (figsl to)The fresh spores long ellipsoidal in shape, 4. 57 + 0. 49 × 1. 88 0. 26m (n = 100) .length/bredth ratio was ca. 2. 5. Polar filament normally arranged in 10-11 coils at an angle of 65to the axes of spores. The new species easily distinguished from the allied Nosema species by its long ellipsoidal spore shape. The dimorphic species Vairimorpha spp. (including 1 . antheraeae) also have a similar spore shape but they caused infection mainly in the fatbody ,not in silk glands, salivary glands,ganglians etc. The type slides are deposited in Institute of Plant Protection CAAS Beijing. Kndijfrectu-uMuti schiilxrgi (Zwlfer) Cali et Garhy 1991 isolated from A. pernyi in Fengcheng and examined by light and electron microscope was first recorded in China. The experimental infection was found in seven additional lepidopterous insects but Bombyx man, l,ifmmtm (dispar, MyUtmiM separata and Pin-is rtipac were refractory to the infection.
