穴位注射对兔胃动力紊乱调节及作用途径的实验观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨穴位注射对胃动力紊乱的调节作用及作用途径。方法　实验通过自建兔胃动力紊乱模型 ,以体表胃电活动 ( Electrograstro Activity,EGA)为客观指标 ,观察足三里穴穴位注射 (以下称穴注 )对胃动力紊乱的调节作用和穴位注射效应的作用途径及其对药物药理反应的可信性。结果　 1足三里穴位注射对胃动力紊乱的调节作用明显 ;2穴注后产生的效应及作用大小与所选药物种类相关 ;3调节作用途径与神经 -经络密切相关 ;4穴位注射的用药剂量明显小于常规剂量。结论　穴位注射的效果是肯定的、客观的 ,穴注具有生物放大功能 。Objective To study the effect of acupoint injection on gastric dynamic dysfunction and its mechanism Methods We study the motor disorder of the gastric [MDG] in 90 rabbits model, and the observation index with body surface recording of Electrogastric activity (EGA). The research purpose was observe the regulating effects of Zusanli acupoint injection on MDG,the mechanism of acupoint injection effect on EGA and the reliability of pharmacology by acupoint injection with durg.Results ①The Zusanli acupoint injection effect on MDG was obvious( P <0 05).②The intensity of regulating effects was related to the kinds of drug.③The regulation mechanism of acupoint injection was relate to nerve and meridan.④Acupoint injection dose of drug is obviously smaller than that of the routine dose.Conclusions The effect of acupoint injection therapy is affirmative and objective,it has biological amplifying action.Its mechanism is associated with the meridian and the nerve system.
