国产胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :对国产胰岛素泵进行临床研究。方法 :采用国产圣唐型和进口MiniMed 5 0 7型胰岛素泵进行应用前后比较。结果 :两种泵其降血糖效果及低血糖的发生率无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :国产及进口胰岛素泵具有相同的降血糖效果 ,且具有良好的稳定性和安全性。Objective:Clinical study of insulin pump made in China. Methods: The effects of domestic and imported insulin pumps were studied by comparing pro- and post-treatment blood glucose. Results:No significant differences were found between the two pumps in lowering Blood glucose and incidence of hypoglycemia. Conclusion:Two pumps have equal effectiveness of lowering blood glucose with good safety and stability.
