摘　　要：本文针对基本分析流派的投资理念提出了股票具有双重商品属性的特征 ,并阐述了这一重要特征对于正确的投资实践所具有的指导意义 ,从而指导投资者认清股票的本质 。This article proposes that stock has double character on the basis of basic analysis genre's investment idea,and sets forth that it is very important for practice of investment.To do so,investor can recognize the essence of stock,draw and implement effective investment strategy by using the multiplicate theory synthetically.
