摘 要:本文提出了对豆科植物中毒素3—硝基丙酸(3—NPA)进行检查、鉴定和定量的气相色谱(GC)和气质联用(GC/MS)方法,并用该法对达乌里黄芪(A.dahuricus Pall.DC.)、草木樨状黄芪(A.melilotoides Pall.宽叶和窄叶二品种)、劲直黄芪(A.strictus Grah.ex Benth)、多花木兰(l.amblyanthn Craib)和百脉根(L.Corniculatus)等5种豆科植物中的3—NPA进行了检查、鉴定和定量。发现达乌里黄芪、劲直黄芪、多花木兰和百脉根在GC保留时间5.7分处不出峰,故不含3—NPA,而草木樨状黄芪,不论宽叶和窄叶品种在该时均出一对称峰,并径GC/MS鉴定为3—NPA乙酯峰,故草木樨状黄芪含3—NPA,宽、窄叶品种叶干物质中其含量分别为4.62%和2.88%。因此,如将草木犀状黄芪开发作为饲草,应注意其中3—NPA对鸡、猪等非反刍动物的毒性,而其它4种豆科植物则无3—NPA毒性问题。ABSTRACT A method using Gas chromatography(GC) and Gas chromatography/Mass spectrometry(GC/MS) for detection, identification and quantitative analysis of toxin 3—nitropropionic acid(3—NPA)in leguminous plants has been developed. The method was used for analysing 3—NPA on Astragadus dehuricus DC., As-tragalus melilotoides Pall.(varieties of broad and narrow leaves), Astragalus strictus Grah. ex Benth, Indigofera amblyantha Craib and Lotus corniculatus. It was found that A. dehuricus, A. strictus, I. amblyantha and L. corniculatus did not contain 3—NPA since there was no peak at 5. 7 min. of the retention time on chromo-togram maps of those plants. There was, however, a peak at that time on the maps of both broad and narrow leaf varieties of A. melilotoides which was identified as methyl ester. of 3—NPA by use of GC/MS. This sug-gested the existence of 3—NPA in the plants. The contents of 3—NPA in the leaves on dry matter of broad and narrow leaf varieties were 4.62 and 2.88% respectively. Therefore, the toxicity of 3—NPA should be cared for when A. melilotoides Pall. as a feed to feed chick, swe and other non—ruminants.
